InterCONTINENTAL DALLAS Appoints NEW DIRECTOR OF CATERING

Lori Roden

DALLAS, TX - The InterContinental Dallas is pleased to announce the appointment of Lori Roden as the new Director of Catering.

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Roden comes to Dallas with over 15 years experience in the hospitality and event management industry. Before joining the InterContinental staff, she worked at the Royal Palms Resort & Spa in Phoenix, AZ where she served as the Director of Catering & Conference Services. Prior to that, she spent five years as the Director of Catering for the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware. "Lori's extensive experience in the hospitality industry coupled with her passion and drive make her an ideal person for this position and hotel," said Sharon Kilmartin, General Manager, InterContinental Dallas. "We're delighted to welcome Lori and eager to see how her expertise and enthusiasm translate into exciting strides for our team."
