We
take pride in our graduates and offer the following quality
service assurances to employers:
If an employer has paid the cost of a class for an employee
who leaves within six months of attaining certification, DTC
will train an additional student (replacement employee) at
no tuition cost to the employer. The employer is required
to pay the costs of all hotel accommodations, transportation,
meals and certification exams.
If an employer feels an employee (DTC graduate) is not successfully
performing a job duty related to the class taken, the employer
may request that the same student re-attend the course within
six (6) months of the completed certification, tuition-free.
The employer is required to pay for the cost of transportation,
meals, hotels accommodations, and all exams during the re-training. |
