How does ADNA qualify consultants?
We use a 4-step process to qualify consultants - recruit, qualify, match, and retain. We recruit using methods such as referrals from current clients and consultants, networking, and web research. We qualify by meeting face-to-face with consultants local to our office or screening over the telephone, in addition to checking references. We match the qualified consultants with the most appropriate opportunities. We retain consultants by placing them in appropriate and challenging opportunities at the rate the consultant and the client agree is appropriate for the project assignment.
