employees under 8020 program and 7030 program are eligible
for this bonus
1. ADNA's
continued success and growth has been driven by the referral
of new consultants from our employees.
In order to foster motivation and reward the efforts of
our employees, ADNA offer
an incentive based compensation
plan in the form of residual referral bonus.
2.
Referral bonus,
represent incentive payments to eligible employees for
necessary and continuous placement
efforts. For example, while working on a project if
you come across an open position at your
client site and forward that lead to ADNA and if that
turns out to be a successful consultant placement,
you will be awarded a $100 bonus per month for the duration
of that consultants project upto
a max of one year for that consultant.(so if you place
one consultant also and the project last for
one year, you will make $1200/year).
3. Recruiting
bonus likewise is to reward efforts of eligible employees
for helping ADNA recruit new employees/consultants,
if you refer some friend to ADNA and he/she joins ADNA,
you will be eligible for:
$250 after completion of 3 months of employment with Dibon.
$250 after completion of 12 months of employment with Dibon.
4.
If you refer a
friend/consultant who is working on a project and would
like to continue on the same project
and joins ADNA, as a fulltime employee, you will be
eligible to receive a referral bonus of $125/month
for the duration of that consultants project upto a
max of one year for that consultant (so
if you switch one consultant also you will make $1500/year).
You'll have your own personal team working to find you the perfect job
You'll have a three-person team working on your behalf
– a recruiter, an account manager and a customer service
associate. This personalized approach allows team members
to focus on your needs, placing you into an employment
position quickly and accurately.
