I am so happy to join ADNA, because I make 90 % of the bill rate now, I was earlier making 70% of the bill rate, then I referrred 5 friends from my university to join ADNA. Now the management has given me a raise to 90% of my bill rate. WOW this is unbelievable.

I am a senior SAP ABAP consultant and joined ADNA on 80% basis, but then the client increased my bill rate after one year and guess what without me asking for a raise the management at ADNA increased my pay to 90%. I cannot ask for more.

After working for 7 years with KPMG as a senior architect and as an IT manager with Cingular, I was on my 8 th year extension and still did not have a green card. I would have to leave the contry and go back to India , which I did not want as I have a house in Dallas and my kids don't want to move back. ADNA gave me an approved labor and filed for my I-140 which got approved in 2 months, I culd not belive this as this was like a lottery for me. I am handling a huge project for ADNA at Samsung and am getting paid 90% of the bill rate. I must say ADNA is a great great company.

I was settled in San Diego , when suddenly one day I got laid off from my company Qualcomm. I put my resume on monster and was contacted by ADNA to move to San Jose and work with Philips, since the move was expensive and my salary was high, the management agreed to give me 90% of the bill rate and now I am working as a team lead on this project.
