Under this program we offer:
Vacations: one week of paid vacation in one year.
Bench Pay: Bench period will be earned @ one half of a day (i.e. 4 hours) for every 160 hours of work. In the event a consultant logs in more billable hours, they will earn proportionately more paid bench time.

Immigration Benefits: ADNA will cover the cost of H1B visa (transfer or extension) and will also cover the cost of Green Card for the employee.
Tuition Reimbursement: Employees will be eligible for tuition reimbursement after one years of continued employment with ADNA. The maximum eligibility will be $1000/year.
Company car: After two years of continued employment on projects through ADNA, employees will also be eligible for company leased car.
Payroll: We pay you biweekly, and do not wait for the payments to come from the client or vendors.
