The Recruiting Process

Is ADNA recruiting/hiring?
Currently resumes/CVs are being accepted for INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY positions. Click on Search Jobs & Submit Resume  for a listing of open positions.

How can I learn about open positions for new graduates/entry level people?
Contact your local ADNA office. You can do this by going to the Location careers pages of your interest.
For a complete online listing of open positions, click on Search Jobs Submit Resume . You can then browse a full list of positions in any location, or refine your search to view positions in specific practice areas in your location.

How do I start the recruiting process?
To learn about careers with ADNA, you should first review this website to get a feel for who we are, the type of work we do, our working environment, our people and who we employ.

Most location careers pages have information about opportunities for those with undergraduate and graduate degrees as well as an online form so that you can submit your resume/CV.

Your campus careers service will also have information about whether we will be visiting your school/university. If so you can come and meet us in person and discuss the appropriate way to submit your resume/CV. This will likely be by filling in an application form, giving your resume/CV to one of our recruiters or applying online on our careers web pages.

Where do I find out about recruiting events?
Undergraduate/graduate students: Your campus careers services office will have a listing of recruiting events on your campus that ADNA will be attending.

Visit the careers pages for the location where you are interested in working. Some locations will post information on upcoming recruiting events on their locations pages.

How do I contact an ADNA recruiter?
There are two different ways that you can contact an ADNA recruiter in the location of your choice: go to the Contact Us section of this website, and submit an inquiry; go to the Locations Careers Pages link and choose the location of your choice, where you will find information about how to contact recruiters locally.

How can I talk with an ADNA recruiter directly?
Obtain the contact and call details from the Contact Us section of the local career pages of this site. For contact information.



Submitting a Resume/CV

How do I know if I'm qualified for a position?
Each position description in our Search Jobs database lists some qualifications necessary for that specific position.

If I submit a resume/CV for a specific position, how long will it be before I find out if I'm being considered?
When you submit your resume/CV on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. A recruiter will contact you if we wish to discuss your resume/CV in more detail. Please realize that due to the high volume of resumes that ADNA receives, it is not possible to contact every person who submits a resume/CV.

Can I submit my resume/CV online?
Absolutely. Click on Search Jobs & Submit Resume to identify specific positions, and then click Apply Now to fill out your personal profile and submit your resume/CV.

Should I submit my resume/CV for every position for which I would like to be considered?
Yes. Every position is filled separately, and so you should submit a resume/CV for every position for which you would like to be considered.

Do I need to send in a hard copy of my resume/CV?
No, submitting your resume/CV through the Search Jobs & Submit Resume section of this site is sufficient. Some locations require hard copies of academic transcripts.


The Interview Process

What is the typical interview process?
The interview process will vary in each location. You should visit the careers pages for the location you are applying to, to find out about the specific interview process there. The recruiter who contacts you to set up an interview will also be able to give you more specific details about the process.

A recruiter may contact you to discuss your resume/CV. This may result in a first interview is often with a recruiter, who will want to discuss your experiences and interests at a high level. You will also have the opportunity to get additional information about the position and what it is like to work at ADNA. If you are selected to participate in the next stage of the process, you may have interviews with ADNA executives and require a more in-depth discussion of your skills & experiences.

When will I find out if I go on to the next step?
Your recruiter will contact you to let you know your status in the recruiting process.

Will the office/city where I interview be my home base?
That is typically the case, however, your recruiter will have the details about the specific position for which you are interviewing.
